Terms of use

The deal, in plain words. By using Laytuh you agree to these terms.

Effective 2 October 2026. Between you and Wingbie Inc.

Who can use Laytuh

You need to be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms without a parent's consent. If you use Laytuh for a company, you're agreeing for that company too.

Your account

Keep access to your email and sign-in accounts secure; whoever controls them controls your Laytuh account. Tell us at support@laytuh.com if you think someone else is using it. One person per account.

Your content

You own what you put into Laytuh: your notes, boards, polls, handle, and the choices you make. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to run Laytuh for you and for the people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups until they expire, and anything others already copied from what you published.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

Publishing and sharing

Your vault is private. When you publish a board, share a poll link or set up a creator page, anyone who sees it can read it. You're responsible for what you publish. Public text is checked automatically for spam and abuse, and we may hold back or remove anything that breaks these terms.

Rules

Don't use Laytuh to:

  • break the law, or help someone else break it;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive anyone, or publish hateful, sexual or violent content about real people;
  • publish other people's private information;
  • send spam, scams or malware through boards, polls or invites;
  • fake votes on a poll, or get around daily limits;
  • scrape, copy or resell Laytuh, or access it in ways we don't offer (automated access, other people's accounts);
  • probe, overload or attack our systems. If you find a security problem, email us instead. We'll thank you.

Other people's content

The posts, videos, articles and places you save belong to the people who made them. Laytuh keeps a link and a preview so you can find your way back; it doesn't give you rights to the content itself. Embedded posts are shown by the platforms that host them, under their own terms.

Laytuh isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google or Apple.

If you believe something on a public Laytuh page infringes your rights, email support@laytuh.com with the link and what you own, and we'll look at it.

Details, reminders and AI

Laytuh fills in details for your saves (which space it belongs in, a place's address and hours, a price) from the link, public sources and AI models. They can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters, like opening hours, prices or bookings, before you rely on it.

Reminders come when we have a reason to send them. We can't promise every save will come back at the perfect moment, and notifications depend on your phone's settings.

The agent

If you switch the agent on, it can suggest things to do with your saves: a plan, a reminder, a poll for friends. It only acts after you approve a suggestion, and each one tells you what will happen. Some actions are previews and say so. Nothing is booked or bought for you. You can pause or turn off the agent at any time.

Price

Laytuh is free today. Saving will always be free. If we add paid extras later, we'll show the price and terms before you pay, and you'll only be charged if you choose to buy them.

Changes to Laytuh

We'll keep improving Laytuh, which means features will change and some may go away. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. Keep using Laytuh after that and the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can ask support@laytuh.com for a copy of your saves and delete your account.

Ending

You can stop using Laytuh and delete your account at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to get a copy of your saves first (email support@laytuh.com). If we ever shut Laytuh down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to get a copy of your saves.

Warranties and liability

We work hard to keep Laytuh running and your saves safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose; if you need a copy of your saves, email support@laytuh.com.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by other services, the content you save, or relying on details Laytuh filled in. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

App stores

If you downloaded Laytuh from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app and isn't responsible for claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. The same applies to Google Play and Google, to the extent Google's terms require it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and disputes go to its courts. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and can bring a claim in your local courts. Before anything formal, email us. Most problems get fixed faster that way.
