Write to support@laytuh.com. A real person reads it. Tell us which phone you use (iPhone or Android), what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
Please don't send passwords. We never need one. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email.
Delete your account and data
In the app, go to YouAccountDelete account and follow the steps. Prefer email, or already removed the app? The data deletion page has every way to do it and says exactly what is deleted.
Want a copy of your data first? Email support@laytuh.com and ask.
Report content or a person
In the app, open the menu on any shared board or poll (or one of its items, options or members) and choose Report. Pick a reason and add a note if you like. We review reports within 24 hours.
You can also email support@laytuh.com with a link to the board or poll and what is wrong with it. To stop seeing someone, choose Block on their name in the app.
